Johnie Tolman
Broker/Agent
Johnie has worked in the Payroll/Insurance Industries for over 15 years. Johnie graduated from BYU, majoring in Marketing Communications & Spanish. Johnie has been a Licensed Insurance Agent since 2008 and in 2018, Johnie became an insurance broker and co-owner of PDR Insurance Agency. Johnie loves to make people laugh, and has owned his own comedy club, called “Fat, Dumb & Happy’s.” He loves speaking Spanish, acting, laughing, gardening, landscaping and hanging with his family. People have confused him with being Negan, Robert Downey, and a male model but we know him as just plain old Johnie!

Mark Benson
Broker/Agent
Mark has worked in the Payroll/Insurance Industries for over 15 years. Before working in Insurance, Mark successfully ran and co-owned a landscape design company for almost a decade. Mark is a licensed Insurance agent for P&C and Health since 2008, and in 2018, Mark became an insurance broker and co-owner of PDR Insurance agency. Mark is fluent in Spanish & Portuguese and has a rare talent to mimic any language he comes across. Mark loves golf, the New York Yankees and vacationing with his family on the Oregon Coast.

Lori Henrie
Personal Lines Insurance Agent
Lori Henry has been in the Insurance Industry for 13 years now. Lori can take care of all or your personal insurance needs whether it be home, autos, umbrella or toys. Prior to that she owned and operated Arby’s restaurants for 25 years. She loves working with the public and helping people take care of their assets for peace of mind. Lori prides herself in customer service and feels it’s safe to say you would have a hard time finding any better. Lori and her husband have 8 kids together and 5 grandchildren that she loves to spend time with.
Max Morgan
Customer Support Manager/Insurance Agent
Max has over 25 years of professional experience in the business world. He has worked in roles such as finance & banking, account/inventory manager, mortgage officer, commercial lending and credit analyst. He recently earned his insurance certificate enabling him to sell property & casualty insurance. He has a BS from Utah Valley University & an MBA from Westminster College. Max enjoys watching football, playing golf, and keeping up on current events.

Terese Johnston is an experienced health benefits/business development professional who excels in uncovering customer needs, providing solutions, handling objections and satisfying the needs of clients.
Dynamic and articulate team player, communicator offering high powered presentation and negotiation skills with strong industry relationships based on service, trust, support and followthrough.
Terese is proud of her veteran husband who served in the Air Force. She has two wonderful kids, an amazing son-in-law, two beautiful granddaughters and a dog. Terese enjoys golfing, cooking, organizing and spending time with her family.
Nicole Torgerson
Broker/Agent, Sr. Account Manager
Nicole Torgerson has specialized in the Product Liability industry since 2015 and LOVES it! Are you trying to meet a contract? With a background of knowing what a lot of big retailers are requiring, she will be sure to get you taken care of. (Manufacturer, Distributor, Wholesaler, Retailer, etc.) She is efficient in responses and makes sure things get done quickly. She achieved her CIC designation in 2023 and is always eager to learn more. While she is not working, she is a mother of a girl and two boys who keep her on her toes. Nicole enjoys boating, camping, planning parties, crafting, and eating her husband’s delicious Traeger cooked meals!
Melissa Alvey
Account Manager
Melissa stepped into the Insurance world shortly after high school and became licensed in 2018. She has experience in Account Managing and getting things squared away for Renewals. She has enjoyed working alongside her sister, Nicole, who has inspired her love and knowledge in Commercial Insurance. Outside of work, Melissa is a wife and mother to two little ones who keep her young at heart. She enjoys spending her time in Southern Utah helping her In-Laws run their family businesses and taking in the small-town life.
Vanessa Morales
Assistant Account Manager
Vanessa Morales has been with PDR Insurance Agency for a little over 1 year. Over this year, she has learned plenty of new information through PDR Insurance, her co-workers, and got licensed in P&C. She helps with commercial lines and keeping accounts up to date and active. Vanessa is fluent in Spanish and helps with our Spanish speaking clients. She is also a licensed Esthetician which she does as a side gig currently. She loves to help people understand insurance and make people’s skin feel nice and healthy. Outside of work Vanessa loves traveling, going to concerts, spending time with loved ones, and exploring what the world has to offer. She is motivated and focused to continue the start of her insurance career and growth with PDR Insurance Agency.
